It came exactly as described. The packaging looked rough on the outside but was very carefully packed once I opened it. It had plenty of protective and shock-absorbing packing material. It works perfectly and was a great price for something that is seemingly brand new condition. I would maybe recommend not covering the outside with so much tape and/or using a box that seemed to be in bad condition but as I mentioned before it was packed well 9n the inside. I willl shop with this seller again.

Overall it was a positive buying experience. The item arrive well-packaged and exactly as described. There were some issues upfront after a cancelled bid, but the seller rectified them. Communication could have been better, but I know what it's like when eBay isn't your full-time job.

I was very hesitant to order because of the negative feedbacks, but I decided to order trusting the free return policy. I placed the order on Tuesday and received the JBL 1300 soundbar on Thursday. Free shipping! It was well packaged in it's original box and included all the accessories. It had little dent as shown on the listing but barely noticeable. I am very happy with the purchase. The soundbar is very powerful!

RESPECT the QUALITAA!
Finally, my search for a soundbar/sub package is over! Finding that perfect balance between price and quality was nothing short of madness but this Samsung comes closer than any of the others. The sub could pack a little more punch but that is really the only negative thing I can think of. The crystal clear mids and hi really put the soundbar on a high tier for quality. Product undamaged and pristine.Finally, my search for a soundbar/sub package is over! Amazing sound, very good manual; lots of connection options which was great because I have a 5 yr-old plasma and a digital audio cable was included that allowed me to connect to the set, even though the preferred method is via Bluetooth which my set doesn’t have. One additional caveat - after I set it up I got what appeared to be a reverb effect; finally figured out that I was getting sound from both my set and the sound bar with a very small delay getting to me which gave the reverb effect. Almost great!!!
I enjoy the sound bar and pleasantly surprised with volume and quality. For action movies we have to turn the volume down. Would have been 5 stars but I was not able to sync the tv and sound bar. It was always off by a fraction of a second creating an echo. After troubleshooting unsuccessfully we finally turned off the tv sound completely and only use the sound bar.

Samsung HWM360 Soundbar Review
This is a low cost improvement that is a huge step up compared to the sound provided by the TV speakers. Even w/o the optional surround speakers this soundbar adds significantly to the audio experience. Although it may not provide the extreme high end sound performance of the significantly higher priced units, the HWM360 does an excellent job for the money.
