Walking Tall was one of the best finds on e-bay
There is nothing I dislike about the box set of Walking Tall. I love it ..Watching it again brought back memories from my childhood and the fact that it really happened and also not to far from where I live. I purchased this box set after seeing a display on a vacation in Tennessee in a police museum..Seeing a picture of the real man made it so much more real to me.He done a good thing..I just wish more people stood up against the wrongs of this world that hurt people. In my opinion He did not get to see if all his tragic sacrifices were worth it..He was killed trying to make they place he lived in safer and maybe if he were still here things may be different but I dought it... I have watched it 5 times since I purchased it...& cried a bit to. I am the type of person who lives in ... There is nothing I dislike about the box set of Walking Tall. Great movies
Saw it when I was a young boy was very inspired by one mans struggle to make things right not only for his family but his hometown as well. Since then there has been remakes of Walking Tall starring the Rock and although those were good nothing comes close to the original. The original played with Joe Don Baker was the best. Bo Svenson done a good job following up in Part 2 and 3 but my favorite was the 1st one with Joe Don Baker. I decided to buy it because I have been looking for it for years and finally found one on DVD. It was a great purchase. I'll treasure it for the rest of my life. Walking Tall Box Set as a Christmas gift
My husband has been looking to rent the original Walking Tall movies with no luck. They could not be found anywhere. So I decided to go on line, an of course ebay has a listing. I got the box set cheaper than I thought expected. My husband watched all 3 within the first day, he loved them. They were watched on a small tv, a week later, we watched them together on a big screen. The futher it got to the end of the movies, they started to pause quite a bit. This didn't happen on the smaller tv screen. Don't know if it was the tv, dvd player, dvd's or what.
