My favourite transformer !
As a Studio Series collector I’d say this is one of my favourite designs. I love the details on this figure and how close to the actual movie character is.

Transformers Leader Studio Blackout - OMG ****
+ Very movie accurate. Looks absolutely fantastic. Of course it has extra kibble that's not supposed to be there, but is for the most part, excusable. - Worst problem of all with this figure is the hollowness of panels. They give off the impression that they are VERY easily broken or snapped. - Tabs are too secure, must be filed down to keep from accidentally snapping the thin panels - Hands cannot rotate, giving him a sort of physically deformed look - Alt mode has one huge hollowed out part near the tailfin. A bit unsightly. Overall, still highly recommend it. At least until a KO comes along and fixes all the problems. There's an upgrade kit on the way to fix the hands. So long as you're careful with the figure, and are willing to put some effort into fixing a few of it's ... + Very movie accurate. Looks absolutely fantastic. Blackout
Well this is a very impressive transformer beautiful transformation when Hasbro started doing cheap transformers with very little transforming I almost stopped buying Hasbro but they went back to their roots and created beautiful transformer products I believe they got one of their biggest supporter back now

Awesome Design... Terrible Transformation
I really like the robot and helicopter design work - it looks really good in both robot and helicopter mode. The weaponry and blades coming off the back are really cool, and the details in the copter mode are really good. The transformation, however, was absolutely no fun... it was too technical and picky - there are small plasticky clips for things to fit in, you have to bend arms and legs at odd angles for them to get them to fit and then the pieces pop in and out of position easily.. It took me over 30 mins to transform him the first time... I had to watch a video online of someone changing him to be able to complete he transformation, and I'm not even sure I did the legs completely right in helicopter mode. Now that he's changed, I have no desire to change it back. The robot is ... I really like the robot and helicopter design work - it looks really good in both robot and helicopter mode. The Best Blackout!!!
This is by far the best movie accurate detailed Blackout transformer ever done!! I have all the Voyager Blackout transformers which are excellent and this leader class Blackout is even better!I bought Blackout while I was out one day and once I got him home opened it to amazement. He even has the arm weapon rotor blades attachment just like the movie.The helicopter mode is better with pieces fitting together more securely for a overall more realistic look.The robot mode is where the amazing difference is with more attention to perfect detail and accuracy from the movie.Bottom line this is a must have for all transformers fans collections.This is by far the best movie accurate detailed Blackout transformer ever done!!
