Gremiln 2: The New Batch(1990)
For a follow up on the box office hit in 1984, Gremlins, this 1990 sequal release takes the creatures to the next level. Zack and Phoebe are back to reprise their roles as Billy and Kate who have finally moved to New York. Living together, they work in one of the largest buildings in the city. Presently the old Chinese man who owns the shop is getting offers from the head hancho of the building,(John Glover) and is almost forced to leave, shortly before his death. Gizmo gets loose and one of the goons who works in the building catches him. This time the mutations and size of the green monsters gets bigger. The movie does go to new heights, but doesn't stray too far from the original film.

Clamp Tower, Just Desserts
Horrible little pre-CGI monsters rip up a building belonging to a character loosely modeled after a current Presidential candidate. Broad, Chuck Jones cartoonish hijinks ensue, utilizing every possible cliche along the way. Goop everywhere. And Christopher Lee... The DVD has a commentary, extra footage, a making-of; all excellent. My nine-year-old friend loved this movie.

Great Movie.
This was a pretty good movie, and I loved how they made the gremlins come back in different forms. Especially the girl gremlin, I'm sad they made the old Chinese man(Gizmos' owner) die, it was too bad, I found him quite pleasant, but I guess if they didn't it would of been hard to come up with another way of Gizmo going back to Billy. The Gremlins were crazier this time, and I did enjoy the one with a brain, as he talked it was pretty funny. I have to say I still enjoy the 1st one a little more than this one, but still a great classic movie to see.This was a pretty good movie, and I loved how they made the gremlins come back in different forms. TO BE HONEST IT WAS MORE FUNNY THEN ANYTHING ELSE.. NEVER SEEN IT BEFORE THIS WAS THE FIRST TIME.. I ONLY SAW PART ONE. THERE WERE MANY FAMILIAR ACTORS IN THIS FILM WHICH I LIKED. I HAVE TO ADMIT, I STILL LIKE PART ONE BETTER.. THIS ONE IS MORE LIKE THE PUPPET SHOW. I DECIDED TO BUY IT BECAUSE I WANT THE COLLECTION. SINCE I BOUGHT PART ONE I NEEDED PART TWO. YES, CALL ME CRAZY, BUT THAT IS JUST ME. IM A COLLECTOR.. SO DID I LIKE THE MOVIE? YES, BUT LIKE I SAID, I THOUGHT IT WAS MORE FUNNY THEN ANYTHING.. Gremlins 2: The New Batch-- A Great Film, Funny and Entertaining!
A comedy spoof classic, I love Gremlins 2: The New Batch. I remember seeing this flick when it first came out in theaters. I highly recommend to any lovers of horror, comedy, and all around weirdness. Gremlins 2: The New Batch takes Gizmo and company to the Big Apple where they invade a multi-million dollar building and wreak havoc on the general public. Not a horror angle, as the first Gremlins movie, the creators decided to go into a more comedic direction with this film. Brilliant as the writers were able to do more with the characters and monsters than ever imagined, I thought this took the franchise to new heights. Enjoyable for the whole family, children and all, you probably won't have to worry about your kids not being able to sleep after seeing this film--though they may be ...
