Only half my order was delivered. I reported this, including a photo, and there was a reply, but no resolution. I have no idea whether I'll be getting a refund or the other half of my order. I'm sure it was just an honest mistake, but I'd appreciate some communication and a solution. Otherwise, the part I did receive was prompt and well-packed.

I am a big fan of VOX amps. They are well designed & built, & have a great variety of sounds, which can mean they are a bit tricky to learn how to run. This amp falls into that category. Even though it's a smaller amp & looks a bit like a good beginner amp, I would not recommend this amp for beginners. It can sound like different amps, it has nearly every effect one can think of, built right in, which makes it even more complecated to run. The manual is poor, but who reads those? It takes time.

    Nice loop pedal, I hope to love it as much as the RC-30

    Just bought the RC-500 after owning the RC-30 for about 7 years...My initial thoughts right out of the box, were that this thing has so much you can do with it. The drums are a huge upgrade from the RC-30. I'm still getting the hang of this thing, and so far I've been having fun with it. The 2 main cons I have found: The RC-500 has no physical volume control for the rhythm section. You have to press and hold down the button associated with starting and stopping the drums, then you get to the volume control. This is a huge bummer for me, especially coming from the RC-30, where the rhythm section has its' own volume knob. The RC-500 takes only 4 AA batteries, compared to the previous RC-30, that takes 6. The batteries only last about an hour and a half, while using the pedal ...

    Exactly what I was looking for

    So many levels you can dive into with this looper, yet the entry is easy and gives instant access to fun! There's an in depth manual but I would recommend one of the many instructional videos on Youtube. Shopping on Ebay gave me the best possible price, and delivery was faster than promised.

    Great looper. Best so far.

    Really happy with the looper. I am coming from a pigtronix infinity looper that I was in “meh” love with. Felt cheap and I fried two of them. Made a move to the boss and glad I did. Syncs with other clock sources with no issues.

    Best looper pedal for multi-instumentalists

    The possibilities are endless. If you can think it, you can do it with this looper pedal. Also, shout out to Boss for adding in time signatures. So go ahead and jam out in 15/8
