    Star Wars: Phantom Menace soundtrack CD

    A must have for anyone collecting Star Wars memorabilia, the soundtracks for the movies all provide inspired music by John Williams and performed by the London Symphony Orchestra. Ever since "A New Hope" came out, Star Wars has pioneered the science fiction genre - and John Williams has been the musician behind the scenes with unique and intricate themes for the main characters. Not to be outdone by his previous efforts, "The Phantom Menace" soundtrack includes the most popular of the new generation of songs - Duel of the Fates. Combining the operatic sounds of London Voices, the London Boys Choir, and the instrumental excellence of the London Symphony Orchestra, Williams weaves a simply elegant composition that has become one of the most recognized "modern classical" themes today.

    Duel of the Fates

    The best track is "Duel of the Fates." John Williams created new unforgettable music for the prequel trilogy and it holds well. This is the Star Wars movie that I had waited for a long time. In my 20's I felt like a child again hearing the icon music fanfare with all new tracks. The music is excellent and it should be in your collection if you are a true Star Wars fan.

    The Phantom Menace, or, Wassa you mean a Jar-jar Theme?

    An excellent soundtrack when the core of what we can all "feel" is SW theme music is adhered to, but they hit the mark on the Mr. Rogers theme music when good ol' Jar-Jar makes his appearances. NOT being a fan of the Gungan Bombad Nuisance, I'd have to say it takes away from the rest of the soundtrack, but what can you do? Otherwise, an excellent run through another chapter in the SW universe, most especially "Dual of the Fates!"

    this is an awesome soundtrack it is fun and enjoyable to listen to. the best songs on this soundtrack are all of them. if you have not listened to this soundtrack then i recommend you do

    this CD is awesome that any person whos a star wars fan get this.

    Everything was exactly what i expected, i am a collcecter of Star Wars Episode 1 mecrhandiase and franchise ans having this CD of all the music form this CD made me believe that i was travelling through naboo's core or even at the podrace at boonta eve on tatooine or feeling the crime inside the senate on coruscant.
