A different approach to quit smoking
I do recommend this book since it helps to see smoking from a different perspective. It definitely will help many people quit smoking. My only problem with the method is that it is based in learning to hate smoking and love not smoking as a way to not smoke without the need of willpower (we suppose to do what we love rather than what we hate). This might work for some people but the author assumes all smokers are the same and in the same situation, which obviously is not true, so the concepts explained in the book, although interesting to know, not necessarily will work on everyone. Still, and specially to those who have tried to quit smoking in the past, I do recommend the book as a way to learn a different perspective in what could be the mind of a smoker and an interesting approach to ... The OnlyWay, Amazing!
After failing with the other quit smoking methods out there, I was giving in, I did have the occasional thought of ‘wouldn't I be better off as a non smoker? when I started reading this book, I did not intended to quit at that time, I decided to read it, just in case I ever want to quit. and also was wondering if there is really an easyway, I can keep on writing about myself experience with other methods of quitting, The bottom line is This book speaks the smokers language, the writer was one of them for over 30 years, and now thanks to Allen I'm free! Stop smoking without scare tactics or drugs!
Great book on quitting the smoking habit. No scare tactics only the raw facts that will have you stop - not by willpower but by logic. It was just what I needed to hear. If you are motivated to quit and have tried all the other methods that failed (like I did) - here’s your ticket to freedom. I quit over 2 1/2 years ago and literally have never touched another cigarette. I buy extra copies to give to friends who are interested in quitting.Great book on quitting the smoking habit. This Book Works Magic!!!
I wanted to quit smoking but was hesitant. The book was recommended to me by a friend and it actually explained why I was hesitant to quit. It also explains lots of other things that hit home for me. This is because it was written by a former heavy smoker who knows why we feel the way we do. In any event, I did quit and would recommend the book to any smoker!!!
