Used professionally for European (Mini, BMW, etc)
I use this as my personal scan tool working as a professional Mini-Cooper/BMW technician at a european specialty workshop. Not a bad scan tool for the price. Wireless Bluetooth is great. I'm able to read codes and watch live data while standing infront of the car. Range seems to be about 10 feet. Can view and graph live data (generic, mode 6), although you can only merge two PIDS at a time to view in the same graph.. Can reset CBS data (oil, brake fluid service, front/rear brake pad wear sensors, vehicle check, mandatory exhaust equipment inspection for both BMW and MINI, Reset oil and service reminders for Honda. Retract rear electric parking brakes for 3rd Gen Mini-Cooper for rear brake service. and can view manufacturer specific diagnostic request areas like boost pressure ... All of this on top of being able read and clear DTC codes and show OBDII monitor readiness status. Updates both to the Tablet and manufacturer makes seems to be fairly frequent and FREE. Livedata recording is incredibly useful So far it's been able to do about 80% of what our professional-grade Autologic "Bluebox" can do with European brands.

Diagnose electrical problems fast.
Does it all. long leads and extra long extension. Quickly check power, ground, continuity, and jump either power or ground to electrical components. check relays, switches, solenoids, motors and actuators. I had a truck that was burning up the alternator lead at the fuse box. Previous shops replaced the alternator and the battery. I checked the voltage at the alternator and the battery and there was a 2 volt difference. I located the voltage drop which Identified the bad connection. I changed the terminal on the end of the lead and it was fixed. Had a car with a bad window switch. I was able to put the power window up and ordered a new window switch. I hardly need to get out my multimeter. I need a multimeter, a test light and a box of jumper wires to do what this can do with this tool. Does it all. long leads and extra long extension. Ok except
Tools has been great for chasing down electrical problems,I most like the color screen makes it easy to read voltage turns red and ground turns green the only issue I have had is occasionally when powering up tool the screen doesn’t come on until I unhook power and hook back up.

If you work on cars/equipment, ECT. This will be the best tool in your toolbox .
This tool is great, makes finding electrical problems easy. Great instructions . Pos/neg. Pigtails need to be longer for hard to reach batteries. Also the neg wire on unit could be longer too.

Nice item and case
Item was everything it said it does. Used the tool right out of case to troubleshoot my power steps and figured out my motor was bad. Still learning how to use this tool but as far as the test probe goes has been a good quality tool so far. Solid.. thank you.
