Everything was very professional, obviously a seller who takes pride in the framing work and pays attention to detail. I appreciated the care with which things were sent--including picture hooks, a small dehumidifying package within the bubble wrap envelopes the prints were placed in, and reinforced double packaging. They noticed that the item I had bought was actually made in Japan within minutes of my purchase. To make up for the incorrect description, they threw in a second (much nicer) bit to go with it. As to this the fact that they also got both items shipped very quickly, and I'm extremely happy with my experience.
