Product Information

Featuring several gameplay upgrades and an all-new story, Manhunt 2 is the tale of a young doctor named Daniel Lam. To keep his well-paying job and satisfy the needs of his wife and two children, Daniel becomes a guinea pig for underground research after the funding is pulled for Project Pickman. Unfortunately for Daniel, the experiments on his body go wrong and he is sent to spend the rest of his life in Dixmore Asylum. Six years later, Daniel still shares his space with the criminally insane and wonders if his previous life existed at all. After an electrical storm knocks the power out at the asylum and the prisoners take control, Daniel leaves the institution to uncover the mysteries of his past and why he can't remember anything about himself. <br><br>Gamers lead Daniel through several different locations to discover his previous life while sneaking past enemies and using objects in the environment to defeat any aggressors. Players learn how to move and kill while escaping from the asylum. As in the previous release, gamers can follow targets silently and activate more impressive kill animations by waiting for the cursor to turn from white to red. Unfortunately, hiding in the shadows is no longer a sure way to safety, and gamers may find themselves engaging in a quick mini-game in order to avoid detection if enemies catch them moving around in the darkness.

    Manhunt 2 is one crazy psycho ride...all in a good way.

    Manhunt 2 wasn't well received after coming out, and yet, I still seemed to enjoy the game incredibly. I played the PSP and PS2 version, and need to play the way cooler and prettier Wii version. The PSP and PS2 versions have less pixels, equaling less prettiness. The Wii version has better graphics because it is a "newer-gen" console and one very nice addition is that when you kill people, you get blood splattered on you, which doesn't disappear like most games and continues to cover your body until the chapter ends. Very cool indeed. The story really does a great job to pull you in. It's sort of like a mystery. Your name is Daniel Lamb and you can't remember why your in a Mental Hospital and who you are. Luckily one kick ass dude named Leo Kasper busts you out and you two escape together ...

    First game like this I ever played and LOVED IT!!!!

    I am one of the old farts who has certain types of games I play and that is the only type I pick up. My kid bought me this game and not wanting to hurt any feelings I gave it a try. WOW!!! I never knew what I had been missing. It is not a hard game to play. You have to sneak around, find certain items and kill the bad guys. I love that the game talks to you and tells you what to do. The graphics are awsome. The music was not turned off. Now for the good parts...LOL! If you want to try a game that is a different style of play from simulation, sports and racing...Give this a TRY!!!

    What happened?

    I was a huge fan of the first &quot;Manhunt&quot; so when I saw &quot;Manhunt 2&quot; on the shelves one day, I grabbed it before I knew what happened. After a while, I was regretting my decision. The game is insanely long which I wouldn&apos;t have minded if it wasn&apos;t for the incredibly repetitive gameplay. There is no scoring system like in the first one so you really don&apos;t have any reward for stalking someone from the shadows when you can just run out and cap somebody in the head. The executions have a filter on it that makes it very difficult to see just what you&apos;re doing. Kind of pointless when the whole purpose of the game is to kill people. Firearms are brought into the game way too early and soon you&apos;ll find yourself saying &quot;Why trade in my shotgun for a ...

    great game, gory as hell, a great sequel to the first one. great gamer controls, good story line. ok graphics, good for psp for sure, glad I bought this game on ebay cause it is banned in canada

    manhunt 2 absolutely gruesome

    i decided to buy the game as i have played the first one and liked how scary and gory it was, but its not a patch on the second! manhunt 2 is as gruesome as it gets with excellent grafics and the story is great from needles to punch ups its truely gory a* this game is going to be hard to beat!!!
