    Great recipes from a great cook "the Cake Boss."

    I bought "Cooking Italian with the Cake Boss" book as I own another book by Buddy Valastro. The recipes are great and the instructions are easy to follow. Best Apple Snacking Cake ever! T

    Great recipes for fast, easy genuine Italian comfort-food

    I love Buddy Valastro's cooking much more than his pastries. His cooking show hooked me right from the beginning and I started googling his recipes before his DVDs and book came out. All his recipes were easy to replicate (and ridiculously yummy) and require easy-to-get ingredients. No need to travel to Italy to forage for ingredients in the Apennines with Buddy! My only gripe is that there should be photos of EVERY dish in the book so I can know exactly what the dish should look like. If not for the missing photos, the book would have gotten 5 stars.

    Beautiful images. Gee the book it self looks good enough to eat! Great old family recipes passed down from one to another. Each recipe has an origin explanation. Came in new condition. i am so impressed. Thank you. deejae60
