Wow! Big bang for a small buck! Get one, or two, it's worth it!!!
OMG!!! I been a Cerwin Vega freak since the 80's. I wouldn't use nor wanted any other subs in any of my cars. It was something about CV, until NOW! This MOFO-152X, IS Ser re ous!! My Lord, the bottom that this sub produces, SPEECHLESS!! I have a CPT1-5500 pushing it. We are wired at 1 ohm, the bass boost is wide open, the input gain is less than half and so is the bass control knob. No one can stay in my back seat to long. You can feel the hair on your neck and face standing up! You can even feel the pressure sitting in the front seats, YEAH! I have a 96 Deville, so I need a sub that is unmatched. Well, the MOFO -152X, is a MOFO(Read between the lines)!!!! I'm happy I switched! At least try one. Cuz I'm hooked!OMG!!! I been a Cerwin Vega freak since the 80's. Excellent 15" subwoofer for the money.
I bought this to fit a second vented subwoofer prefab box for my 26' aluminum boat. I have a seat bolted to either sub box. Running a single Rockville M4 class-D amplifier down to 2ohms, so about 1000wrms. It pounds pretty hard. Everything in the cuddy cabin rattles. lol The first mofo 15" I bought about 5yrs ago pounds as good as the day I bought it. One of the best bang-fer-yer-buck purchases you can make. It's heavy duty enough that you can put some good power to it without frying the voicecoil.I bought this to fit a second vented subwoofer prefab box for my 26' aluminum boat. I bought this subwoofer because I had heard a lot of good stuff about it but it is pure garbage.
I bought this because I heard a lot of good stuff about it but what this was a pure waste of money and time. First off I had to buy a box for the specifications for this sub then I bought an amp that I figured would be mediocre-at-best on it because I didn't want nothing to happen to it. So I hooked up a very cheap 2000 watt Boss amp on to the subwoofer I had to sub ran at 2 ohm. The amp was turned only about halfway up because amp gets hot like I said it's a very cheap amp...the sub blew up the first day of having it on. I lost money on this all the way around. I do not recommend these Subs.I bought this because I heard a lot of good stuff about it but what this was a pure waste of money and time. The best bang for the buck in the market!!
I have to say the thunder that came out of this Mofo after putting 3000 watts RMS was beyond belief. I have come to the conclusion that you better upgrade the alternater and buy a second battery if you dare to try Thor's Mofo for more then a jolt or two. Fantastic 😁😁😁

Cant wait to install my Mofo152X now!how is it that this sub listed at 3000 peak 1700 rms is stronger than the foagate T2 2400 peak 1200 rms yet the fosgate is almost 200-300$ more??Power Acoustik is a really good brand. use to be really popular back in the 90's. I love
