Product Information

Something like an unholy combination of Bullfrog's PC classic Dungeon Keeper and Miyamoto's innovative Pikmin, Overlord is a real-time strategy game that plays like a third-person action game. Players take control of the titular administrator of agony, who travels through the world of the living with a posse of imp-like minions. Different minions are best suited to different environments, such as water, fire, or poison, or to different actions, such as combat. To accomplish a task, such as moving an obstruction or attacking an enemy, the Overlord issues simple commands to his minions, who then swarm gleefully about until the job is accomplished (or they all are destroyed). Some puzzles and other in-game goals are labeled with colored number that indicate the type and quantity of minions required to accomplish them. The game's expansion material (available separately on Xbox 360 and PC through digital distribution) includes additional levels and challenge types. Online multiplayer games are supported, for both cooperative and competitive Overlords.

    Overlord : Raising Hell

    This is a fun game. My game came with no instructions book, so it was a learning process. Once you get the controls under your belt, you have fun following where the game leads you. As I’m still early in the game, there are still things yet to be discovered, and I’m looking forward to it.

    Playing this now while I review, I love this game! Own it for PC and now for PS3! Now to find it for Xbox and I’ll have it for every system

    LORD OF EVIL !!!!!!!!!!

    It is an amazing game, there is a lot of adventure and it is not repetitive. There are many surprises and it has a great sense of humor and gives you the option of being good or bad and changes the story completely. Lots of bosses and challanges, the minions are amazing and it is so cool that you can have four types of them. The expansion is already included and it goes good with the original story and adds more challanges and fun experience. A must buy game

    A Very Different Game

    I really really enjoyed this game and so did my son. It was different from any other game I have played in the past. I did find a little difficult to control the minions in the beginning but that was not the game's fault...just a learning curve for me... I only found one portion of the game frustrating....its a section that you have to mow down flowers in a limited time...and if you fail they all pop back up....If I didn't enjoy the game so much I would have stopped playing at that point....as is...I had my son do that part for me. I can't wait for the second one.
