    Just like it reads

    I like the fact that this is a good healthy life style to follow and the information is very informative. Dr. Perricone is a well known Doctor and plastic surgeon not to mention that the book was VERY REASONABLE. All of his products are very good for your skin and are well known around the beauty industry. heaalth & beauty industry.

    All his books are good.

    There is alot of great information in all of this Dr's books. I would recommend getting the newer books that he has written. I am an asthetician, the information in his research is amazing.

    ON THE WAY TO GOOD HEALTH

    I SAW INFO ON THIS BOOK ON PBS T.V. IT WAS A VERY EXPENSIVE BOOK TO ORDER. NEEDLESS TO SAY , WHEN I SAW IT FOR THE LESSER AMOUNT AND ORDERED IT , I WAS VERY HAPPY. WHEN I RECEIVED IT AND READ IT, I WAS VERY HAPPY TO GET ALL THE VALUABLE INFORMATION PERTAINING TO HEALTH THAT I WANTED.

    Everyone should live by this book, there would be less illness, and morbid obese problems in the world. Execellent resource at the end of the book. Thank you Dr Perricone!!!
