Mandatory reading for anyone who wants to be healthy
This was one of the best books I've read in a long time. I've always felt that we can live a healthy, active life well past 100. I was so impressed with this book that I bought it for my children in hopes that they will raise my grandchildren with these guidelines. My children are 38 and 40, and my grandchildren are 6 - 15 so are already in trouble, but it's never too late to start eating healthier foods. This is a book that needs to be widely distributed. The surprises to me were the fact that other countries care more about what their people ingest than we do. It's all about money here, not health!This was one of the best books I've read in a long time. I've always felt that we can live a healthy, active life well past 100. Excellent book
I strongly recommend this book to everybody. Especially to those who are ready to change and have a better life through a healthy diet and habits. Get the facts...get healthy...spread the word...don't let big pharma, doctors, politicians and food manufacturing companies get away doing wrong to all of us. And for God sake...don't vote Republican!...They were the ones unleashing big Corporate America damaging business practices...I strongly recommend this book to everybody. Especially to those who are ready to change and have a better life through a healthy diet and habits. Get the facts...get healthy...spread the word...don't let big pharma, doctors, politicians and food manufacturing companies get away doing wrong to all of us. And for God sake...don't vote Republican!...They were the ones unleashing big Corporate America damaging business practices...

AMAZING BOOK! so inspiring! so informative!
Literally just finished reading it today! AMAZING! This woman is soooo inspiring! I follow a very healthy vegan diet, but even though the book is not against meat and dairy, it was extremely informative! I learned so much from it, I would recommend this book to ALL parents!

READ THIS BOOK!
Excellent book and very well written! I have cut out aspartame and I feel so much better. Slowly but surely I'm cutting out the food colorings and GM grains.
