Dr. Phil Set of CDs
The CDs is on Self Matters. Learned alot about what you need as a person, but really need a homework book to write things down. This area is hard if you don't have the time, that is one of the reasons why I chose the CDs over the reading the book, but still turns out, you have to do a lot of internalizing and jot those things down and basically do homework in a deep thinking manner. Overall, I would recommend this if you need to work on something within you to get where you want to be in life within your own life and not someone elses.The CDs is on Self Matters.
