I'm 70 years old I came from a family of career working women who didn't know how to cook. I'm giving this book 5 stars because I feel that it offers something not many other books do. I'm a self-taught cook. No one at my house could teach me to cook growing up, and I will never be able to afford culinary school. I just adore the knowledge this cookbook gives me.
