A True Classic
James House is an awesome songwriter, and an under accredited singer, as well. I first owned the album on cassette, and just recently decided to seek it out on DVD. I hadn't listened to it much lately, since I no longer have a tape player in every room. If you miss country the way it was in the '90s, this is a must-have. The only song I recall him releasing is the first song on the album "This is Me Missing You." The video for the song was set to Desert Storm soldiers coming home to their families, and captured my interest in the singer, all the more. "If you see lonely, clear skies turning stormy. Lightning strikes and all you see is blue, this is me missing you." The lyrics are so picturesque and powerful, it'll be hard to dislike the song. Other tracks worth their weight in ... Other tracks worth their weight in salt are "Anything for Love," which just makes me want to travel the country and fall in love; "Silence Makes a Lonesome Sound;" the title track, "Days Gone By;" "That's Something You Don't See Everyday" whose lyrics begin with 'Double rainbow against a harvest moon...' what a VISUAL! -- That's not to say the other 5 tracks aren't worth a listen, on any other album they'd be at the top...this one is just full of great songs!

Absolutely one of my favorite albums.
This is probably one of the best Country music albums ever produced. Every song is good and there are several that could have and should have become chart toppers. James House is probably the best singer/songwriter in Nashville who never quite made it really big. In the early 90's James was competing with the likes of Garth Brooks, Clint Black, Alan Jackson, none of whom have as good a voice, or the poetic and songwriting talents. Perhaps James House just didn't look right,.. I don't know, but this and his other two albums are Great. 20 years later, He's still at it and we wish him well!This is probably one of the best Country music albums ever produced. One great CD
James is a great artist. He has a bluesy sound to his music, and the lyrics are awesome, he sings with soul. I had the opportunity to meet James, and he is a super nice guy, very sweet and down to earth. I once had this cd and i can not find it so i wanted to get another one. Can't wait to get it, (ready to hear This is me missing you) and so many more. If you like good songs and bluesy tones, then get this cd, you will love it.James is a great artist. Title perfect to the product
This is a limited production CD. Awesome. CD is far better than described. I once had a copy of this cd, lost it and was thrilled to find a replacement.

EXCELLENT!!
The man & the songs are fantastic!! A++++++++++++++++ I honestly don't think the man could ever sing a bad song. I absolutely love his voice.
