Operating and charging instructions available only on line.
the unit came without instructions on how to charge the battery!!! :( The reason provided is that Dyson wants to be environmentally friendly by providing this critical information only on line! That's obnoxious considering the incredible amount of cardboard they use to package the vacuum and considering that they provided pages and pages in several languages about how to be safe. I never saw so much cardboard wasted on packaging such a small product. Not so lightweight but does have great features.
It does it's job, but it is a little heavy compared to others. It wasn't as easy to empty at first but then I got the hang of it.
