I have adopted this text because it is specific to Healthcare. My previous text was just HR in general, and too many of the examples and the information did not apply. I have not had any complaints or negative comments from any of the students. I also have part time professors using this text (5 classroom and 10 on line) and they have not made any negative comments about the book. I believe it to be the best on the market., I did not see that there were any weak chapters; nor did my students in an evaluation of the text; they liked it very much, found it very helpful in the course . . . I find that the students liked it a lot because it was so readable and well organized with good cases and questions.
