And in a healthy way! What I love about this presently OOP book is the fact thru the quizzes you find out what 2 Goddess archetypes you fit according to your personality,the positive & not so hot qualities of each,and using Celtic Lore as a background helps women find inner balance and how to knock off the self destructive tendencies that so many of us have had. The book has you following the footsteps of the Goddess Rhiannon as you come into a lot of "oh wow!" moments of self discovery,and rituals to aid in maintaining a healthy balance in our day to day living and self esteem. I personally wish my own mother had been able to read this book & apply it,as I feel she could've avoided a good many mistakes when it came to her personal choices in life. Personally speaking,it has kept me from ... And in a healthy way! Now I am in control of the weather,so to speak. I consider this an absolutely essential title for any Wise Womans library regardless of age or the form of Wicca/Paganism practiced. It also makes an ideal way for a Priestess to evaluate student or aspirant to the Old Craft.
