Unfortunately the jewel case cracked in the process but everything else was in tact. I bought this mostly for nostalgia and memorabilia rather than the music, so maybe music lovers would be more critical, but I just wanted to have it :)

    This is exactly what I was looking for. Simple explaination of the exercizes, what NOT to do, photos for each one. I live in a rural area and there are no Pilates classes available here, but I have heard so much about how good it is for your riding (horses) that I wanted to try it.   • the pilates body by brooke siler

    This si a very basic and descriptive book for all levels of pilates students. There are great illustrations and examples of proper form. I bought a copy to give to a friend who is a workout instructor using a good deal of pilates in her routine. She has been trained by some of the nation's top Pilates instructors and was quite impressed with the book. I would recommend it to anyone!
