Avis les plus pertinents

  • MIO C320 is really good for its price

What I like: nice slim device, black color, very easy to use and also the MP3 player is not that bad - I have a 2003 Golf 4 car with no MP3 in it so I am using that player also and it is quite OK. Actually I'm using the audio line output, not the speakers. What I don't like: MP3 player: I cannot search for a specific MP3 if I know the name of the band (like "J" in winamp); GPS system: I feel the need of a button that automatically can store a fix radar when I bypass it. Why did I buy it: the GPS system is quite good; screen refresh is relatively good also; it is very easy to use and it has a very nice design; good price around 125 $

  • Mitac Mio C320 GPS Review

I like the versatility of the device. It can be used in a vehicle as well as a pedestrian navigation device. I also like the fact that the display is larger than the average GPS, even some selling at a higher price. The documentation that is supplied on the accompanying CD is sufficient albeit inconvenient for easy reference. I do wish that the mode of viewing could be switched to "looking ahead" as one would view the road looking through the windshield. (similar to another brand). When I purchased it, typos in the seller's ad made me believe it was actually a 520 with text-to-speech (an important feature) and Bluetooth capability. I also wish that there were more accessories available for this device. Radio Shack is one of the retail stores where the C320 is offered, ...

  • MIO C320

Bought it as a door buster sale from Radio Shack for $149.00, Directions are not very clear or simple but after playing with it and with the help of my two sons I have mastered it in three days. The touch screen works very well and the voice prompt directions are accurate. I don't like the windshield mount for the reason that you have to place the GPS into it then plug in the 12v cord. The battery life is great, we played with it for several hours before it needed charging.I couldn't find Geocaches as easily with it as I can with my Magellan Color but on the road traveling it beats the magellan hands down. I bought three more for all my kids to have one.

  • Pretty fair amount of features

This was a pretty good gps unit once I configured the settings correctly. It will take you over mountains and through the woods if you don't take off the default bicycle mode. That really messes with ya. It has a MP3 player, standard charging port, decent maps, and is easy to navigate. Also as an added bonus, it's based on a windows CE 5.0 operating system, and with average technical knowledge it can be hacked to have other language packs, a Text to speech capability and a couple other bonus's. All you have to do is find the files that someone else wrote and the forum that explains how to do it. It's a little outdated now, but still a fine unit.

  • Hidden Power PocketPC with GPS functionality.

MIO GPS Products C320, C520 & C720 are one of the most powerful and most fun to play with devices in the category available on the market. Simply search the Internet to find out the possibilities of those devices. Unlocking updating, modifying MIO's id as simple as drag'n'drop in windows explorer. It takes now 20-30 minutes to have a great widescreen PocketPC as people across the world are still working on making it easier. As a device by itself and as-is, MIO's are also a great competition to Germin's and Magellan's devices. MIO's ude Tele Atlas maps, which without upgrading may not be as satisfying as upgraded quarterly Germin's maps. On the other hand MIO's can be compared to both others, as an Mac to the PC - MIO's are just ...
