    What a let down

    I used this color for at least 5 years before it was discontinued in my stores. I know exactly what color it should be. Instead of a smokey lavender, it is a deep purple/bright violet. More metallic looking than the soft, smokey lavender. The first time I washed my hair all the color came off except around my scalp which is still the violet/purple. In addition to the color being totally wrong, it has been very harsh on my hair. It has left my hair feeling like straw. What I always loved about the original product was how it conditioned my hair. This actually feels like it baked my hair. I ordered two boxes, but I doubt I will use the second box. This is such a disappointment because I loved the original product that I used for many years.

    It lasts!

    I've always been a Clairol gal, but this color has won me over to L'Oreal. It lasts, and that's unusual, for a purple dye! For a while now, I've been getting a purple-grey by mixing Arctic Fox semi-permanent colors, but it would fade so quickly...way too much work. I tried the Feria Smokey Lavendar, and found that I didn't have to do so much work. You do have to do a hardcore bleach, initially, to get the correct shade, but after that, each subsequent treatment seems to do the trick all on its own, for the roots. Love this color, and love how long-lasting the color is. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to go with a nice pastel shade, but doesn't want to be doing weekly coloring.

    Love my hair color again

    Before Covid I was always able to find my lovely smokey lavender hair colorz but once covid hit, that particular color was unavailable and I didn't like the light and dark purples, so it's been a long couple of years since I was able to get my hair the tone I love. Thank u, thank u, thank u!

    Beautiful and Subtle!

    The color is soft and beautiful! So many compliments! My hair has turned white and for this ‘mature’ lady it works well! The color is so pretty!

    Like product. Love the color

    I only use this product to put lavender streaks in my hair. It goes on easily and lasts for weeks. It blends in with my blond hair hair.
