Godzillasaurus vs. Godzillalizard
What I thought was amazing about Godzilla Final Wars was the scene when the original Godzilla took out Dean Deviln's version of Godzilla and blew him into radioactive dust! I was hoping that the real Godzilla and the american version would meet up someday! I don't know why they didn't release this film in american movie theaters like Godzilla 1985 and Godzilla 2000, It would have been really cool if they did. I think it would have been a blast seeing the original big G on the big screen again here in the U.S. I guess it depends on how many G fans their are in this country. I grew up with the old and new Godzilla films ever since. I was surprised that they didn't release the 1990s Godzilla films onto the big screens in america which they should have been! Godzilla ... Godzillapalooza
Godzilla movies run hot and cold with me. For every Godzilla, Mothra and King Ghidorah - Giant Monsters All-Out Attack there is a Son of Godzilla. Admittedly, regardless of what Godzilla film it is, they are all about some guy in a monster suit stomping various parts of Japan to rubble. The good ones are at the very least worth a good laugh. The bad ones make you want to tear your eyes out. This is one of the good ones. It is crazy. There is so much going on, with good monsters fighting bad monsters, good mutants fighting bad aliens, good mutants turning into bad mutants...you get the point. Very hyperkinetic in style. Like a dozen action films all rolled into one with all the boring parts cut out. Highly recommended.Godzilla movies run hot and cold with me. Godzilla Final Wars
This movie is the culmination of 50 years' worth of Godzilla mayhem. Toho wanted to celebrate the big G's 50th anniversary right: with the biggest monster mash ever seen, and they certainly deliver with this one. In this movie Godzilla fights many of his old rivals (and allies), all with updated looks and special effects, and with hardly any left out. Among those included are crowd pleasers like Gigan and Mothra, but they also include the more obscure ones such as Kumonga, Ebirah, and even King Seesar. The american Godzilla ("Zilla," or "GINO" as some call him/her) also makes an appearance, mainly just so that Toho can have their own Godzilla kick the crap out of him. Earth has mutant soldiers on its side, each with superhuman strength, speed, and agility, and this leads to some spectacular martial arts battles in between monster fights. All in all, this movie is really fun to watch. There are a few too many scenes involving the humans, but it's not so bad considering all the monsters you get to see. And Godzilla looks frickin' awesome in this one, too.

Every Second is Pure Action
This movie will definitely get your adrenalin flowing because it's action from the opening to the end! The story is slightly different than usual, because it takes place in an alternate future. What's not different is the usual tom-foolery of other world beings. Yup, aliens come to earth and, surprise-surprise, they're actually deceptive and hostile! While this is nothing new, the action all the way through really is. The aliens have control of all the monsters...except one, The King of the Monsters: Godzilla. So humans use Godzilla to annihilate the opposing monsters - and do I literally mean annihilate. Godzilla goes on a rampage kicking the life out of every monster who crosses his path! There are a lot of good action/fight scenes between the human actors as well. Over all, this movie ... I think this is definitely one of the top 5 in the entire Godzilla series! The special effects are actually pretty good too! I just didn't like the closing minutes of the movie, because the Milla creature gets involved. Anyone who remembers the older movies knows that this character was...well...lame. Other than that, this movie is pure action and pure Godzilla. It is most definitely a MUST have for any Godzilla fan.

First the monsters attack for reasons unknown and Godzilla is trapped under ice. A spider, a praying mantis, Rodan, the american godzilla of NYC fame, Angurius and a few others I'm unfamiliar with wreck havac. Then some aliens intercede and take the monsters onto their craft. It is much like "monster zero", I believe one of the aliens was also in that movie and is wearing the same shades. Well his upstart number 2 terminates his command and takes over as a Japanese parody of the artist formarly known as prince crossed with a plastic overcoated matrix type and the humans and aliens have a round of kung fu fighting with wire effects. The monsters are unleashed again and the human go and fetch Godzilla and the concept of time must be suspended as he walks from the south pole in a couple of minutes. Once on the scene he starts disposing of monsters in a handy fashion culminating in a mismatch between an upgraded Gigan(a chicken with radial saw magnets for hands and lasers) and a solo headed monster vs Godzilla. Mothra helps dispose of Gigan and Godzilla beats on the other until it's head splits and becomes King Ghidorah finishing the battle and its life with 3 heads. The humans meanwhile have overcome the alien threat and are now the source and target of Godzilla's anger. The Son of Godzilla and a Japanese kid figure in the ending. The improvements would include more monsters and monster fighting and less of the human factor, especially the mutant human subplot. Also I'd want to see Destroyah, Space Godzilla, Hedorah and more King Ghidorah. One extra is actual behind the scenes filming of a monster fight that makes me want to make rubber suits and fight it out after lighting my yard on fire. This is a must for Godzilla fans but I do hope to see more in the future.
