    Get a Grip!

    Arguably, this is Lucado's best work. This prolific Christian author has been weaving theological truths into understandable tidbits for years. Lucado uses the very heady Romans to discuss the grace of God. His use of scripture and illustration are together so inspirational. He is able to take a complex spiritual concept such as grace and explain it so well. Many of his other books do not use scripture as much as here. Some of his others also have some topical overlap, but this early writing is essential.

    Not just a book, but a moving experience to read for any Christian.

    This book in my opinion is one of the best books I've ever read. This is actually a replacement book. I had this book at one time but loaned it out, and never got it back. Because of the emotional reaction I'd had to the book, I purchased it again For me anyway, In The Grip Of Grace by Max Lucado, the abundance of God's love can be felt, for the author pulls you into God's word and the spirit touches your heart. You come face to face with the forgiveness you receive, but that of which you don't deserve. I would and have referred this book to others. It's excellent!

    The topic is excellent for the study we are doing. The author, Max Lucado, is well recognized in the field of religious writing.

    Closely follows scripture with lessons for life with Him

    For anyone wishing to strengthen their walk with Him..this is a wonderful book. It shows the scripture Max Lucado is highlighting to teach the lessons in an understanding manner to use in your own life. I would recommend this book for anyone wishing to simply walk a closer walk with our Redeemer and Savior.
