I recommend it to my freinds
This is a great game that has me "walking " an hour a day 4 or 5 times a week. I have gone down a pants size in the first month. I anxiously await a sequel! If I had one complaint, it would be the music - terrible top 40 dreck for a long time until you "unlock" most of the available songs. until then, no variety. But, there is also an icon in the top corner that marches to the beat, and allows you to turn off the volume, and follow along visually. keeps me moving and that's what matters.
this game is ancient by today's standards but it's truly the only thing that helps me get moving. I know that seems silly but whatever it takes! the graphics are silly by today's standards and the playlist is also 11 years old - i don't care. I've not found another program like it.

Great Exercise Game!
Excellent game. This is one of the games that you work out and don't even notice time passing. There are little goals within the game that make it fun and distracting. It has been very easy for me to get my steps in. I wish they had more like this because some day I will finish it.

Love the Title. Encourages me to Walf Off the cookies I ate.
this game gets me moving! Trying to find all the rainbow spheres enourages me to keep on. i only wish I could input my own music since I'm a Senior Citizen and have different taste.
