    Making Soaps and Scents

    Just got this book in the mail today so I havent had the chance to read much of it but it looks like a very informative book for beginners and the advanced. I like that this is not childish like some other soap books with all the overly colorful soaps and synthetic ingredients. I bought it because im interested in making shampoo bars (to my suprise this book has a few pages on shampoo bars!!!) The book is in color and lightly illustrated. I like that the book can be thrown in my (Big) purse if i want to read it on the run.(the book is not huge) This book also has a good section on scent making. I didnt think I would like this book because the last few soap books I orderd on ebay were not informative at all, but this book is very good!!! =) NOTE: If you are looking to make all natural soaps ...

    Good Book

    Nice little book on soapmaking. Lots of important info in it. Lots of nice pictures. Three methods of soapmaking discussed, it made it easy for me to decide which to use.

    This is a very informative book on how soap is made and soap making and I would recommend it as a first how to book.

    Making Soaps and Scents

    This book is well written. It is separated into sections so you can find exactly what you need. While it is not a large book. It is detailed and has accurate recipes for both soap and scent making. It was very helpful when I was first attempting to make my own scents. A good introductory book.

    Making Soaps And Scents

    This is a great book with lots of great ideas on how to make a variety of soaps. That is the part I was interested in. How to get the scent I wanted without too much scent that is overpowering. This book has all the information I needed as well as great ideas for rebatching soap products. Worth reading.
