Richard Simmons-Dance You Pants Off
I bought this tape to help me shed a few pounds and help me keep in shape and let me tell you I am very happy with the results. At first I felt very silly danceing around to the icons of the 80s, but after awhile I just lost myself in the music and had a great time with it. It's very hard for me to stick to an exercise plan, but I've been doing this for about a month and a half now and I have lost 15 lbs. and I plan to keep losing with the help of this tape. I highly reccomend this to anyone who is having trouble getting motivated. I bought this because it was something different and it made me realize why I was so under motivated, I couldn't find an exercise routine that was fun! For me this is fun and it's not too hard. Richard Simmons - Dance Your Pants Off!
I have used this video for years and keep wearing it out, hense the new one. This video has fun dancing steps and music, and my lab work from my Dr. shows it has helped lower my blood pressure, blood sugar, and I've lost weight. It's enjoyable exercise!

Fun video
I love this aerobic routine. I am older so I appreciate the music and the exercise is invigorating. When you are finished with the routine you know you have exercised. I bought my first Dance Your Pants Off several years ago and I can tell it is wearing.. I wanted a new one in the eent my original breaks.

Dance Your Pants Off!!
My husband and I have a 26 year old daughter, Holly, who has Down Syndrome. Her sister is a dancer and Holly has always loved to "perform." When the girls were little they were always in the process of creating some type of "production" for our viewing pleasure! Now that Holly is older and our other daughter has become a dancer for life Holly needed to find a way to still be able to dance. I remembered that I had an old Richard Simmons video in the archives and I pulled it out for her to watch as she always loved to watch her sister's performance videos. Because Holly also has mild CP it's hard for her to keep up with the moves as in a regular dance class. Well, Holly simply loved the Richard Simmons video because he is fun and the music is funky and she can keep up with it. So I've ... THE Best
I've used this video before, and I think it's the best of the Richard Simmons series. The moves are fun and seem to have a certain logic to them not found in many of the other videos. They seem to come out of the music, rather than being crammed onto the music. The pace is not impossibly fast, as some of the newer videos seem to be, but not for slouches either. It's kind of like "Sweatin to the Oldies 4". I like the cool down section, "The Rose", as I like "Someday We'll Be Together" on "Sweatin 4".
