I paid $10.95 for premium FedEx shipping because I needed the item in a hurry. The seller sent it via the USPS. When I pointed this out they said I could either cancel the order or get back 20%. Since the order was already on the way, I took the 20%. When I checked my credit card statement, they gave me $0.88 back. This was based on the value of the item, not the $10.95 shipping I paid for. Ripoff
