    • The next level after you have been a beginner for a while.

This book has great illustrations of anatomy and physiology. There is a lot of intermediate information for people who have worked out in the beginner mode and are ready to take some good ideas into an advanced mode. I was intrigued by Workout I and Workout II really holds up as a great guide in my opinion. Working out is more than just going through repetitions of movement. There are techniques and things to learn that make it more interesting and will keep you motivated. I have bought this book twice because it was in my gym bag and it got stolen. The best book on the subject that I have ever scene.
