Well have no problem with the seller they are fabulous! I've bought from them in the past and have had this same problem over and over again but to me it really doesn't bug me to very much because I just trash them anyway but I am paying for the cases to be perfect and uncracked and I do like to get what I pay for but 98% of the time the one's that are supposed to perfect come smashed due to bad/poor packaging. I even got cut on one once. And it's also our mail people to blame too.

Acceptable products, but seller is unacceptable. Bought 8 items, wanted more, messaged seller and the response completely unrelated to the question, attempted again, no reply. Very sad. Will not be purchasing more items for any of my 13 Grandkids or 1 Great.
