Many varieties of bread to bake and easy to follow recipes that work great.
This book is awesome. I already have one of my own which I use all the time. There are so many different new recipes to try. I purchased this one for a friend of mine. She loves it also. I have a Panasonic bread machine and it works great. I have not had a bad loaf of bread using recipes from this cook book.

Simple and easy Bread Maker Instructional
This book has Answers to any questions that you may have about converting Oven Baked Bread Recipes for use in your Bread Maker! Tons of Recipes and Gluten Free Too! The Recipes use Vital Wheat Gluten with Bread Flour and Whole Wheat Flour but it also has information about the use of other Flours. I'm Old Fashioned in that I enjoy having a Book for reference instead of looking online for answers especially since the Instruction manual provided with Bread Machines just don't cover alot of questions that you may have. Bread Machine Cookbook
Very informative and a great read so far. The book is much larger than I had expected with a wide variety of recipes. Not all of the recipes are for bread and I am a visual person and would like to have seen pictures.

JUST WHAT I NEEDED
So, I bought this used bread machine on ebay for a great price, $60, including shipping. But, it didn't have a manual or book, so I went to the local library and checked out every bread machine cookbook they had....THE BREAD LOVER'S BREAD MACHINE COOKBOOK was the best, so I returned the library copy and bought my own on Amazon. I really love this book, every recipe I've tried has turned out terrific, and I've even learned how to adapt recipes and try new things. The most crazy awesome recipe is the Carrot-Ginger loaf, made with real carrots and with bits of crystallized ginger that melt in the bread and excite in your mouth. After we get back from vacation I'm going to learn to make sourdoughs! The most important thing is now my family gets high-quality, ... So, I bought this used bread machine on ebay for a great price, $60, including shipping.
