    Old dog, new tricks...great tool!

    I haven't sat down in front of a sewing machine since home ec in the 7th grade. That was well, over 50 years ago. With the recent need for masks, I got out my used sewing machine that I bought second hand 2 years ago and never used. I like to re purpose things and found some great fabrics that fit the bill. I needed something that would be very precise and super sharp. I used this to cut an FR shirt to sew a mask for my spouse who works in the oilfield. It made the job so much easier. Great tool, wish I had gotten one sooner.

    Love this, it's easy to use!

    Used this the day it arrived and was very happy that it cut through 4 layers of fleece easily. No skips, jumps or having to press down much. Handle is very comfortable and changing the cutters is very easy. I didn't have to change, just wanted to see how it was done. Amazing product.

    Don't Waste You Money

    It's a first class piece of JUNK. It fell apart more times than I can remember, while cutting out one piece of fabric from a pattern. Plus you can't go around the slightest bit of a curve without the blade falling off. It's very cheaply designed, having a Y shaped piece of plastic pushing under the edges of a metal rivet looking thingy, to hold the blade in place. Thus when using the cutter, the least amount of pressure on it, will cause that Y pin to pop off, making the blade fall off. I ended up replacing the rivet looking thing, with a regular bolt the same size as the hole and then using the bolt's nut to hold the blade in place. Works fine now.

    Sharp!

    This is the best rotary cutter I have ever used. It is sharp, smooth and lasts longer than my other blades. Just be careful, I have cut myself with it, but still love it. It cuts your fabric, not tears it.

    Love This Rotary Cutter!

    It’s just the right size for cutting quilt squares. The handle is very comfortable. I have a rotary cutter with a smaller blade but the 45 mm blade makes a smoother cut. Olfa is a brand name and I wanted a quality cutter since it would be used so often.
