Jimmy Buffett Scenes You Know by Heart
Whatever the Buffett touches it turns to pirate's gold! Gorgeous scenery, great soundtrack especially with the extra two cuts. Reminds me of when I lived in the Virgin Islands. You can't get any better than that. Recently attended his concert - 2008 tour and he's still got that magic touch. One of those guys that puts his whole heart and soul into the music and videos. He's actually happy performing which I can't say about alot of other performers. He's with the audience and the audience with him. We know all the songs, all the moves, all the responses. This DVD brings back so many good memories. If you need a change in attitude, buy this DVD. I can guarantee you that you will be transported to a whole other, better latitude. Remember, it's 5:00 ... Great first Jimmy Buffett DVD for your collection.
If you don't own any Jimmy Buffett DVDs, this will be a great one to get first because it has a lot of his hits. The footage is from multiple venues, so some videos are sharper than others. Although, the surround option works well with a 5.1 system. (Teaser alert), one thing I noticed the other day that I haven't noticed on any of the reviews, was the number of different shirts Jimmy had on for the first song. 8 I think? This video is also somewhat kid friendly except "why don't we get drunk", unless you want to explain the word screw as a verb to the kids.
