Supplier maintains professional standards in delivery
The supplier did an excellent job in packaging and keeping me informed on the status of delivery (i.e. maintained professional standards throughout). For the most part, the unit worked initially well, but after less than one week of usage, I'm experiencing ongoing issues with it dropping out on satellite reception and its inability to download program channelling (citing outdated software issues). Still trying to determine the source of the problem.The supplier did an excellent job in packaging and keeping me informed on the status of delivery (i.e. maintained professional standards throughout). Extremely happy with purchase and service
When this PVR initially arrived there was issues with it but I contacted the seller and he took care of making it right and fixing. Got it back now and it works awesome! If we ever need another one I'd come right back! So happy to be able to record shows now!

Great PVR (Bell 9241)
I've bought a few of these from different vendors. This refurbished unit works great. Nice and quiet and ready for immediate activation. Easy to use and set up. Has a great picture and compatible with a lot of over the counter external hard drives. I use a 2TB drive which gives lots of storage space on top of the 500 MB internal drive.

Graet features but has functionable breakdowns ocasionally!
We purchased a Bell 9241 3 years ago from Corman Park Satellite in Saskatoon. The versatility of the dual tuner was great and recordabilty was an instant like.,especially the pause live TV feature! We did however experience a number of technical failures with the original receiver as it malfunctioned 14 months after purchasing. After much deliberation with Bell customer relations they did finally mail out a refurbished receiver to replace!! This receiver after 1 month malfunctioned in the same manner!!WE bantered with Bell on this one as well and they finally did send us a third receiver(refurbished). We have had no problems with the electronics on this one since the second breakdown and do like its many user freindly features.We purchased a Bell 9241 3 years ago from Corman Park Satellite in Saskatoon. Works like new!
Was a little leery about buying a reconditioned unit, but it works great. Just has to last me 2.7 years and I will be ahead versus renting a new one from Bell
