    Cucina Amore, by Nick Stellino

    This is probably a somewhat one-sided review. I was already a fan of Nick Stellino's from the days when PBS carried his cooking show on Saturday afternoons. His philosophy of looking at cooking as something with which to have fun and create wonderful and easy dishes always appealed to me. I loved his attitude of using what you like and what you have handy, instead of worrying too much about the exact letter of the recipe. I love this book. While some of the recipes I enjoy more than others, I haven't been disappointed by any I have tried so far. His family stories, photos, and cook's hints that line the margins are an added bonus.

    One of the best cookbooks

    I bought this cook book as a gift for a friend. He told me it's one of the best italian cook book's he's ever utilized He said it's very well writen and fairly easy to follow the recipe instructions. The cd, which was included, just makes it an even more pleasurable cooking the recipes in the book.

    Cucina Amore

    I bought this book because I own another of Nick Stellino's cookbooks and thought this would be a great addition to my cookbook collection. The recipes are authentic Italian and easy to prepare. Nick Stellino put a very personal tone in this book, describing his family interactions as it pertains to some of the recipes. I recommend this book..I am enjoying it.

    Mi Amore! Cucina Amore by Nick Stellino!

    Nick Stellino is amazing and this cookbook captures the essence of his cooking. It is easy to use, recipes are written with good detail and it even comes with an Italian music CD for ambiance!
