Disappointed!!!!
There is NO remote control range with the remote control to the actual digital box! You need to be standing right in front of the box to be able to make it work or respond. Trying to watch recorded TV, is difficult, the fast forward, rewind, play, etc Just does not respond to the remote control action buttons Unless you are right in front of the box. Channel surfing or changing the channels Is difficult unless you have the remote a foot away from the box. I thought I might have had a defective box, I returned to the store and purchased another brand new on opened GPX digital TV tuner and recorder, And it sucked too. In passing, I mentioned my disappointment to my brother who coincidentally had purchased three of these for his house only to find out he was having exactly the same ... Not worth the price
It was a bad product less stations then my television with a simple window hanging antenna.

Nice concept, just don't understand why a device that has no moving parts has to keep freezing up?!
Like the channel listings that tells what's on, but getting tired of the box freezing up! It flashes after channel is on a few seconds, puts the channel description box on again, and it has done that while watching a show. When watching recording it froze everything, and had to be unplugged, cause nothing worked, and has done that a couple of times, and it has frozen while switching channels. I've had to unplug the thing 3-4 times at least, while other times I managed to turn it off, back on with the remote. I have been able to record what I wanted, and was able to watch my recordings, (even if I had to restart the thing while trying to fast forward the video) and that's why I bought it, so I got that much anyway.
