    Best I've found

    I've looked at numerous books to keep home records in to give as gifts to my clients (Realtor.) What I like about this one is that is has adequate information but isn't too detailed so that people who keep a lot of records or the bare minimum can gain from using it. I also like the pocket folders to keep documents in as well as the ability to move pages around with the 3ring binder. They can then add title work, utility/repair bills, etc to the binder. The main disadvantage that I see is that the styling is a very particular taste. I would have preferred to have had more 'neutral' colors in order to fit men & women of all ages. Overall, it's the best home keeper I have found at this time.
