    A fun book and great teaching tool!

    If you're an elementary or middle school language arts teacher who uses poetry in the classroom, then this is a book you should check out! It's a great book with fabulous illustrations, all told in alliterative form. Since alliteration is one of the topics I cover in my own sixth grade classroom, I keep this book in my room at all times to show examples when needed. When I'm not using it as a teaching tool, students clamor to read it. As a result, I've bought this book for my own son, and he loves the pattern and illustrations as well.

    Great book!

    I read this book to my daughter in the 90s and she loved it and remembered it. Now we’ll read it to her child.

    Must have gift for every child!

    The only way to buy this book now is used as new editions are much smaller size. The artwork is so beautiful, emailer editions do not do it justice. Animalia is is a must have for every child, it’s so much fun sharing each page.
