The Biggest Loser Challenge offers fitness enthusiasts more than 125 exercises to complete in a choice of four environments taken from the television show. Begin by creating an avatar, whose body will change over time based on your level of activity. Routines are designed to target both the upper body and lower body, with cardio, yoga, and cardio boxing options available to personalize the experience. Also included are ten pre-set fitness programs, such as "Belly Buster" and "Boot Camp," and 50 recipes from various Biggest Loser publications. Trainers Bob Harper and Jillian Michaels, show host Alison Sweeney, and over 70 former contestants are included to provide motivation during the various stages of the game. Multiple profiles are also supported for family members, and the in-game calendar lets you track daily challenges, weigh-ins, calories burned, and calories consumed.

Phew- this is like being at a last chance workout!!
I have not used this game long but both my husband who is physically fit and myself (currently 40Lbs over my healthy weight) got great workouts from this. It allows you to test yourself and determine you fitness level and then you can accept the workout that bob and jillian set up for you or you make alterations. I am eating healthy and I think this game will help me to get exercise into my busy day. It lets you know the approximate calories you are burning which is great for calorie counters. You need the wii fit board and a controller to use this game. I would highly recommend it. My husband had worked out at the gym a few hours before he tried it the first time and he said the workout was more intense (but doable) than his gym workout!! Makes Exercising a Little More Fun
This is the only exercise CD I have ever kept up with. Because it tracks your progress and keeps score on a weekly basis, it holds you accountable. Lots of routines and exercise levels. Great for someone who is just starting and needs to ease in, but also can be challenging enough for anyone further along in their fitness. You can do set routines or just individual ones. I like that it includes Yoga. I have seen people post questions regarding whether or not you need the Wii Balance Board. You absolutely do not need any other equipment to do the routines. You can pair it with other equipment like the balance board or exercise bands, but they are not necessary. I highly recommend this. This is the only exercise CD I have ever kept up with. great product
This is an awesome workout. It is kicking my butt. I would recommend to anyone. i have been doing ff 3 weeks and it is still making me feel like the first time because it works me so hard. I don't know how the actually people on biggest loser can do that show if it is anything like this game. love it love love it. Awesome workout routines and easy to follow
I've never been a big fan of the Biggest Loser and I read other good reviews about the wii game, so I thought I'd purchase it and see for myself. I think this will actually be something that I can stick with. The trainers' are good, different intensity levels and thorough interactive. The movements actually matches mine unlike the Wii fitness workout. I'm very pleased with this game and do beleive I will have some good results at the end of these 12 weeks.I've never been a big fan of the Biggest Loser and I read other good reviews about the wii game, so I thought I'd purchase it and see for myself.
