my stomach feels healthier
Well I thought it would taste worse than it does considering its dirt and after a while it doesn't even bother me. I found that mixing some ahead in a plastic juice container was the best and most convienet way. Mixing it per glass takes way too long for it to dissolve all the way and you have clumps staring at you at the bottom of the glass. I did about 1/4 to 1/3 cup per 64oz, well really i did 1/2 cup per 64oz but it was way too thick and made me constipated so i just watered it down. Since i've been drinking this I noticed the same foods i would eat before would make me sick or run to the bathroom, now its like they don't bother me anymore. I love eating dirt!
lol I figured my title would get someone's attention. I did a great deal of research before purchasing this clay. What fascinated me most was the health benefits internally. I was interested in doing a safe detox. I have so many sensitivities especially to conventional medications and chemicals so their are many things I can't use. My first day ingesting this clay was weird. I used a plastic spoon to measure out a teaspoon in a 8 oz cup of water and drank in with a straw. The taste oddly enough at first is a little sweet. I know it sounds weird however the aftertaste is a little unusual. Takes a little getting used too. After all you are ingesting earth. One thing I was a little freaked out about was actually getting parasites from drinking clay but this is totally safe and food grade. I ... lol I figured my title would get someone's attention. Just make sure you drink lots of water throughout the day after drinking so everything can move out properly. Now I mix the dosage with some psyllium husk. I think It tastes even better. Slightly nutty in flavor but it gels fast so drink the mixture quickly. I highly recommend this and look forward to seeing an even greater improvement in my overall health.

Love this product for its many uses- detoxing, by applying externally; chaffing; great product I especially appreciate having found doesn't sting or cause redness/irritation for me. So thankful it's been made available here!
