Wonderful for using with laptops, misses the mark with my Windows Desktop PC!!!!
I've always been familiar with Wacom tablets and their quality & ease of use. Starting with the Wacom Bamboo Fun Tablet and smaller budget editions, they've become a vital part of my digital art creation workflow. Flash forward to researching tablets with a screen display, where I looked at and considered several brands of 13-and-16 sized tablets. What finally cinched my decision to purchase a refurbished Wacom Cintiq HD were these factors: (A) I saw that it was from a Wacom-certified reseller, (B) I'm familiar with Wacoms' build quality, (C) It was $449, and (D) It was the perfect size. When I got it home and opened up the box, the Cintiq connected immediately to both of my laptops and synced with them seamlessly. It was a different story with my desktop PC: Even with the USB 2.0 to ... I've always been familiar with Wacom tablets and their quality & ease of use. Starting with the Wacom Bamboo Fun Tablet and smaller budget editions, they've become a vital part of my digital art creation workflow. Flash forward to researching tablets with a screen display, where I looked at and considered several brands of 13-and-16 sized tablets. What finally cinched my decision to purchase a refurbished Wacom Cintiq HD were these factors: (A) I saw that it was from a Wacom-certified reseller, (B) I'm familiar with Wacoms' build quality, (C) It was $449, and (D) It was the perfect size. When I got it home and opened up the box, the Cintiq connected immediately to both of my laptops and synced with them seamlessly. It was a different story with my desktop PC: Even with the USB 2.0 to USB C adapter, the Cintiq 16 still wouldn't work with my desktop. This is a major disappointment and is the reason I had to downgrade it to 3 stars. I'm not hurt enough to send it back, but I'll have to settle for using it only with my laptops. At least I still have my Wacom Bamboo Fun and a couple of other non-display Wacom tablets to assuage the pain. Despite the pain and disappointment, I'd still rather have the Cintiq 16 than similar, cheaper offerings from Huion and XP-Pen (at least at this point in time). This is an instance where I'll take "the bad with the good".

Good quality
The Cintiq 16 is fantasic for digital art - it's easy to get started and feels natural to use. Just install the drivers, plug it in, start up Clip Studio (or whatever you like) and it's time to draw. The digital pen has an eraser functionality on the back side, good sensitivity to pressure on the front, and there's no need to wear any sort of uncomfortable glove to rest my hand on the screen.

Great improvement from my old tablet
works like a charm! at first, thought i was having connectivity issues with the "no signal" continuously popping up only to realize i had the cable plugged into the wrong HDMI input! other than that, it's amazing, thanks!

So far this reconditioned tablet feels like new, came with no visible or identifiable faults, and is in excellent condition, providing simple and easy use to date! Thank you Wacom!

Almost new condition. Well worth it.
My used cintiq came looking and working perfectly. The only way I could tell it was used was a cluster of penmarks that you can only see if you tilt light across it just right. Wacom is the leader for a reason. I use a 22HD cintiq at work and now have my own 16 at home. Love it and my kids love it too.
