    Weddings for Dummies

    When I got the news that my sister was engaged we were all excited to begin helping her plan her dream wedding! There was only one problem, no one knew where to start. I have a very small family, just me and my sister and parents. Since my parents eloped none of us have any experience in wedding planning. We have all been guests at many weddings and sometimes in the wedding party but were never privy to the hard work and organization that went on behind the scenes before the big day. This book was extremely helpful because it was a step by step guide on every aspect of wedding planning. It highlighted common wedding planning traps like unrealistic budgets and procrastination and gave some great creative ideas on how to personalize the big day. The wedding is still a long way off but ...

    Wedding Planning for Dummies by Laura Fisher Kaiser (19

    There is a lot of good information in this book. I am not having a HUGE, Fancy wedding and a lot of that pertains to those types of affairs, but at the same time there is plenty of information for the not so fancy weddings as well. Tons of information on the different religions and how they do things and having interfaith ceremonies. Good Book!

    Wedding Planning for Dummies by Laura Fisher Kaiser

    This book is what I hoped it would be. It is a good overview of all aspects of wedding planning. It doesn't focus on just one style. Instead it gives guidelines and lots of ideas that you can expand for yourself.
