    Chocolates and Confections - Peter P. Greweling

    I bought this book as a Christmas present for a close friend. His baking seriously puts mine to shame! Peter Greweling happens to be a friend of my Daughter, and I wanted to buy it, and have him autograph it. However, I could not find it anywhere but ebay. I quickly found out why it was so hard to get. The pictures are fabulous and it is an amazing book. My friend said it was one of the nicest books he has ever seen, and the autograph made it special too. I highly recommend this book, particularly as a gift!

    Great book

    I bought this book as a requirement for my Chocolates class. It has great recipies for fancy and even regular occasions. All of the recipes that I've tied have turned out fantastic and taste just as good! I like the book so much that I don't plan on selling it when I finish my class.

    Personal improvement on my Chocolates and Candy making skills. I could not have been more pleased with the extensive information and knowledge the book contains. A must for anyone considering Confectionary.
