I tried to reach the seller but it has been nearly 10 days with no response. This item was listed as very good but was put in a loose bag with some heavy books and the case for the dvd was torn apart in the mailing process. I'd hoped to give it to my kiddo as a gift but it is too sad looking to serve that role. I am hoping it plays okay. I have had good experiences in the past with this seller so hopefully this one order was the exception.
