    Not a recipe book.

    It's not exactly what I was looking for. Although it is packed with info about essential oils, I was looking more for a...recipe book, telling me which oils to use for various ailments and how to mix them. Will keep the book for sure as it does have a LOT of info.

    This book is very details in content and has a lot of information for beginners in Essential Oils. It covers all major uses and what type of oils to use for certain applications.

    Great book for anyone who wants to learn more bout essential oils

    Goes into the history of essential oils. Very interesting... I bought the book to learn how they work and the different ways you can use them.

    :) happy I bought this

    Love this book. It has been very helpful for me. I am hopefull to use essential oils to my everyday life. As of right now. I just use a lavender spray for my sheets on my bed and I love it. Every night I go to bed relaxed. I would recommend this book.
