My item was shipped out fast but got lost in the mail. (Our regular postman is out on medical leave and we have large community style mailboxes in my subdivision, so no telling who got the patch). After contacting the vendor, I got an immediate email response, a promise to re-do, and I received the customized replacement patch in a matter of days. Excellent customer service!

They told me to only contact them if item didn't arrive (after I told them it was late). Then it arrived and I didn't contact them. THEN they refunded me for the patch I received. I wanted to pay them for it and so they said order it and type DO NOT SHIP. That's what I did. Then they shipped the second one... See ? I only paid for one. I returned second patch. DO NOT REFUND returned patch please.
