Tom Tom XXL 540T GPS
I really like this GPS. The directions and IQ routes work well. It saves me time. I also really like the lifetime traffic. The traffic updates automatically if plugged in first. It picked up an accident that I would not have known about. It was at night and I figured there wouldn't be any traffic, so I was not checking the news traffic. It told me there was a faster route and would I like to take it. I pushed yes and it rerouted me. The traffic is only as good as the info that is provided to it. I use in the New York area and it has been quite good, but not perfect. The traffic stopped working about two weeks after I received it. I called customer service and they walked me through about 30 minutes worth of updating, deleting and reinstalling, and then everything worked again. ... I really like this GPS. Sometimes a problem with the suction cup sticking to the glass. It picks up satellite signal faster then me garmin did. It will read out street names and turns. It is large and quite clear. 30 days worth of new maps. 1 year worth of tom tom customer map corrections. Red light camera info can be downloaded, as well as other free info. All in all very pleased.

I have had a Tom Tom for about 5 years now, this is my second one, my first one lasted 4 years until I dropped it out the RV door,( Oop's) I'm nearly full time in my RV and trying to find some RV parks is a Pain, I have also met many other RV'ers who have other brands, I have found that the Tom Tom brand is the best, very simple, very good...The cust. service with Tom Tom is some of the best I've seen, Every time I have called, they have helped, even after 4 years, they tried to help me fix the unit I dropped. No charge, show me any other company who is willing to help like that. I tell all my friends and fellows RV'er to Buy Tom Tom, But remember the most important part of owning a Tom Tom is to Update it, I update mine monthly, people who have had issue's and I've helped them have either ... All the best features you can ask for on a TomTom gps..
This is my second tom tom gps, and it (TOMTOMxxl 540t) is even better than my first (TOMTOMxlone). Everything about it is positive. Larger screen, louder speaker, fun to use, it has IQrouts, Traffic, and my favorite on point lane guidance, which lets you know ahead of time what lane to be in. Overall I give it 5 out of 5..I recommend this gps all the way.

Easy Map updates, Free for Life. Great value. Well worth the price. Quality is excellent, Very easy to use.
