"Going Long" arrived in perfect condition & 5 days ahead of schedule. I love to read sports books that delve into the "old" AFL football league before it merged & became part of the NFL. I remember watching so many of those games as I was madly in love with Joe Namath & the New York Jets. The item, a paperback, is indeed in "new" condition & the seller's description was very accurate. I look for this to be an enjoyable & nostalgic read.

    These kinds of players and owners don't exist today. Played for love of football, not money.

    Great stories about a better time in pro football.

    Outstanding book about the old AFL

    This was a great book, I could not put it down. It tells the history of the old AFL through the eyes of the those who participated in it from owners, players and those who covered it. I loved it and would recomend it to any football buffs.
